About us

Palestinian Turkish Businessmen Union (PTBU) is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit association founded in Istanbul on October 3, 2012, by a group of Palestinian businessmen residing in Turkey.

 

They embarked on a Turkish dream with a Palestinian heart, forming a union that aims to enhance, consolidate, and strengthen interaction, develop relations, business, and coordination among businessmen from various economic sectors.

 

The union’s motto is “We work together for all of us.” It is an integrated union in itself, active in the economic field, and enjoys a prestigious position worldwide. The union has been recognized by numerous people, most notably the Turkish Parliament, the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the Palestinian Ministry of Economy, the Palestinian Presidency, and many other people and institutions.

  1. Strengthening the bonds of brotherhood between all Palestinian and Turkish businessmen inside and outside Turkey, and working to keep pace with development and modernity to align with the Turkish economic progress.
  2. Establishing distinguished relations between the Union and Turkish and international economic entities.
  3. Believing in our national duty toward our homeland, Palestine, we work to be a link to open channels of cooperation between Palestinian companies, associations, and economic institutions inside and outside the country, and between Turkish economic associations and institutions.
  4. In line with Turkish policies that aspire to increase the volume of trade exchange between the Republic of Turkey and the world, and believing in the quality of Turkish and Palestinian products, we work to increase trade exchange between Turkey, our homeland, Palestine, and all parts of the world.
  5. Opening new horizons for businessmen, working to enter Arab and international markets, creating opportunities for acquaintance and promoting their commercial activities, and linking them with economic institutions inside and outside Turkey.
  6. Striving to establish a professional system for commercial partnerships, arbitration, and the amicable resolution of commercial disputes.
  7. Providing a database of Palestinian and Turkish economic data and information for all Union members.
